To help us resolve the issue, could you please provide the following?
- A photo with a tape measure showing the full length or width of the blind (or product).
- A clear close-up photo of the tape measure against the blind, highlighting the sizing issue.
- A photo of the production label showing all order specifications.
For the most accurate measurements, please use a metal tape measure and ensure it’s positioned squarely. If it’s easier, you can also send a video showing the sizing.
