Here’s a simple guide to get the process started - Please do not pay online.
- Visit our website and add the new, correctly sized blind(s) to your basket. Just make sure the product name, colour, and style match your original order.
- Go to checkout and fill in your details.
(At this point, please either contact us via live chat or you can call us on 01924 481729
Let us know your old order number and that you’ve prepared a new order. We’ll handle the rest, including arranging any additional payments. You’ll just need to cover the delivery charge and any price difference if the new blinds are more expensive.
If we need to collect your original blinds, we’ll let you know. Otherwise, feel free to pass them on to a charitable organisation of your choice.
