If your order is not made to measure and for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us and we will refund you the full purchase price. Please be aware that we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
This guarantee does not include made to measure items.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
When we have received your returned items and checked them, a refund will be authorised to you.

Returned items should be posted back to us or sent by carrier.
If you want us to arrange the collection of your item/s for return, the use of the carriers will incur a charge of £14.95 per parcel (this is non-negotiable as this is a charge that is externally set by the courier company).

- Please contact us first to inform us of your intention to return any items. Please have your order number ready.
- Please write your order number clearly on the package you are returning.
- Please return in suitable packaging to avoid damage.
